Warranty does not cover or apply to:
    - Damage caused by improper use of products and failure to keep up with maintenance schedules as specified in "Application and Maintenance Manual"
    - Damage caused by failure to obtain maintenance services from the Company or authorized leaders during the period of warranty
    - Damage caused to consumable supplies or materials that can expire or deteriorate over time as listed below

    -Damage to outer parts which wear out as a result of vibrations, corrosion, tearing and rusting
    -Damage caused by modifications and improper repair
    -Damage caused by use of spare parts, fuels or lubricants which are substandard or do not meet the     specifications stated in "Application and Maintenance Manual"
   -Damage caused by improper use of products including improper removal of tractors from a ditch
   -Damage caused by natural disasters and accidents such as crashing a tractor into a tree, flooding, and fires
   -Damage caused by repair work or modification carried out by unauthorized persons
   -Costs such as fuel expenses, towing fees, transportation, accommodations, inconveniences and losses of     business opportunities
   -Ordinary circumstances such as loud noises and vibrations which do not affect the quality and performance     of products
   -Products of which hour meters have been tampered with
